Hope House
Hope House-Samos creates a sense of community and family with love and encouragement to asylum seekers as they wait. We celebrate them for who they are, how far they have come and recognize their resilience. Our desire is to give them HOPE in the midst of their current circumstances…to see them go from surviving to thriving. We honor them with weekly gatherings featuring meals from their home countries.

Why We Come

“We heard about Hope House when we were walking on the beach and a family told us about it. They told us how much they loved it and how we would benefit by going. They said that we would have such a good time if we went. We ended up going and we were welcomed by such nice people. It is fun interacting with Americans and talking, relaxing and exchanging ideas. My wife especially loves to visit with other women who have pure hearts and learn about other cultures.”
