Waymaker International is a Christian organization that focuses on addressing the spiritual and physical needs of individuals through various practical initiatives. These include sports, weekly meals, teaching English, aiding refugees, and fostering community activities. Waymaker aims to showcase God’s presence in everyday interactions and personal connections. In turbulent times, they aim to establish safe havens of stability through programs grounded in the love of Christ. Many participants have experienced trauma due to loss of family members and displacement. Waymaker provides guidance, support, and hope through hospitality, classes, and activities that emphasize the transformative power of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Hope House
Hope House-Samos creates a sense of community and family with love and encouragement to asylum seekers as they wait. We celebrate them for who they are, how far they have come and recognize their resilience. Our desire is to give them HOPE in the midst of their current circumstances…to see them go from surviving to thriving. We honor them with weekly gatherings featuring meals from their home countries.

Why reignite Paul’s mission to the Eastern Mediterranean?
Over 2000 years ago, the Apostle Paul arrived in Asia Minor with a message that would forever change the course of history. His proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread like wildfire, igniting a spark of faith in the hearts of many. Churches sprang up across the region, with believers fervently spreading the Good News to all who would listen. But as time passed, the fervor waned and the churches began to falter. The once vibrant communities of faith dwindled, their buildings crumbling into ruins. Today, the first-church area of the world stands as a shadow of its former glory, with only a few remnants of what once was.
Yet, amidst the desolation, we still cling to the hope of revival. We yearn for the Holy Spirit to once again breathe life into the ancient churches, to see a new generation rise up and come to know Jesus Christ in a fresh and powerful way. As we pray and seek for a divine intervention, a sense of expectancy fills the air. There is a belief that the best days are yet to come, that the revival of the first-church area of the world will be a sign and wonder to all who witness it. The visionaries among them dare to dream of a time when the light of Christ will shine brightly once again, drawing souls to salvation in droves. And so, they labor tirelessly, preparing the soil of their hearts and the hearts of those around them for the seeds of faith to take root. They trust in the promise of the Scriptures that where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in their midst, ready to do immeasurably more than they could ever ask or imagine.
We hold fast to the vision of a renewed and refreshed first-church area Eastern Greece and Western Turkey, knowing that the Holy Spirit is already at work, preparing the way for a mighty outpouring of His presence. And when that day comes, the world will once again be amazed at the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as new generations rise up to carry the torch of faith into the future.
